1. Slicing Requirement (No Whole Fish Delivery)We do not deliver this item as a whole, un-cut fish. It is sold strictly as a sliced version. When you purchase, the fish will be professionally processed into fillets. You may choose your preferred thickness:

• 1-inch thickness

• 2-inch thickness

2. Full Yield IncludedAlthough the fish is delivered sliced, you are purchasing the entire fish. This includes:

• All Sliced Fish Fillets

• Fish Head

• Bone TrimmingsNothing is discarded; the complete yield of the fish is packed and delivered to you.

3. Weight & PricingAll orders are invoiced based on the Gross Weight of the whole fish before processing. The total price is determined by the weight of the fish selected for your order.

4. Natural VariationAs this is a whole fish being filleted, the size and shape of the slices will vary. Slices from the head-end will be larger, while slices toward the tail will be smaller and narrower.

5. Final Sale PolicyOnce the fish has been sliced according to your instructions, the order is final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on processed seafood.
