A: We offer Free Shipping on all orders aboove RM200, RM30 Shipping fee will be charged if order under RM200.

A: Orders are processed within 1 working day. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
Q: How is my order kept fresh during transit?
A: We use a dedicated cold-chain logistics system. Depending on the product, your order is transported via chilled or frozen delivery to ensure it maintains the correct temperature from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Storage & Handling
Q: How should I store my items upon arrival?
A: Items should be placed immediately in the refrigerator or the freezer depending on your planned consumption. Always refer to the specific storage instructions on the packaging.
Q: Why does the meat look dark or purple? Is it fresh?
A: Yes, it is perfectly fresh. This is due to the vacuum-sealing process which removes oxygen. Without oxygen, meat naturally turns a darker, purplish-red color. Once the pack is opened and the meat "breathes" for 15–30 minutes, it will return to its natural bright red color.
