Yes, our riced veggies are organic. The vegetables are certified to the USDA organic regulations and in compliance with the technical JAS requirements.

How Long Do Your Products Last? Do They Contain Preservatives? 

Freezing is a natural method of preserving food and extending the shelf life of our products up to 12 months, each and every one of our products are free from preservatives.

How To Store The Products? 

As soon as you receive the order, unbox and keep all frozen products in the freezer if you are not consuming it immediately.

What Is The Order Processing Time And Shipping Time?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of payment of the order.

Can I Request A Specific Time For Delivery?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cater to any time-specific requests as deliveries do depend on the orders and routes of the day.  

How Do I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification (order fulfillment) from us. 

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, please ensure the recipient will be available to receive the order. If the logistics company couldn't get in touch with the recipient/finds no representatives to receive the goods within 10 minutes, the driver will leave and the customer needs to pay a re-delivery fee of RM20 for Klang Valley region and RM35 for other states.

What If I Need to Change of Delivery Address?

For changes of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address, recipient name, phone number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the delivery details that you provide. Redelivery will be at expense of the customer if an order is unable to deliver due to incorrect delivery details. 



What Are The Payment Methods?

We accept payment by Master, Visa, Online Banking (FPX), E-Wallet (GrabPay, TnG, Boost), and bank transfer. Kindly note that cash on delivery is not available.
