Cooking Instructions:
Thaw: For best results, thaw the Ribeye in the refrigerator overnight while still in its vacuum seal.
Sizzle: Pat the steak dry. Sear in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side. The Hereford fat cap will render down to create its own cooking oil.
The Base: Throw the riced veggies into the pan immediately after removing the steak. Sauté them in the beef drippings for 4–5 minutes until light and fluffy.
Storage:
