Cooking Method
For best results remove required amount of frozen riced broccoli from pack and use it right away.
Product must be fully cooked before eating. Cooking times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance.
- Microwave: 4-5 minutes
- Stovetop: Heat a little oil on med-hi, pan-fry 3 minutes until tender
- Oven: Toss with salt, pepper, and a little oil, spread on a greased baking sheet, roast at 200°C 10-12 minutes until tender
