Wholesale Terms & Conditions
1. Weight & Slicing Loss (Meat Dust)All orders are invoiced based on the Gross Weight (original weight of the whole block) before slicing. Please note that mechanical slicing naturally creates "meat dust" or "sawdust loss." The final weight of the sliced meat will be slightly less than the original block weight due to this inevitable process.
2. End Tips & ShapingWhen you order a whole muscle for slicing, you will receive the entire cut, including the "end tips" or "tails." Because these are natural whole muscles, the end pieces will be irregular in shape and size compared to the center-cut slices. We do not discard these as they are part of the total weight paid for.
3. Fat Content & MarblingThe MB 8/9 grade is the highest standard tier for Australian Wagyu, offering a luxury experience that approaches the richness of Japanese beef. As this is a natural product, the intense marbling will vary throughout the muscle. We guarantee the MB 8/9 grade, but cannot guarantee 100% uniformity in fat distribution from the "head" to the "tail."
4. Custom Slicing LimitsWe provide standard Steak, Cube, and Yakiniku cuts only. Due to the high value and delicate fat structure of MB 8/9 meat, we cannot accommodate multiple different slicing methods for a single block. Our standard is a 50/50 split or a single cutting style per block.
5. Final Sale PolicyOnce a whole block has been sliced according to your instructions, the order is final. Given the premium price point and custom nature of the processing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-cut meat.
