1. Lean-to-Fat RatioOur grass-fed mince is typically prepared at an 80/20 or 85/15 ratio (Lean vs. Fat). Because grass-fed cattle are naturally leaner than grain-fed, this mince offers a robust, "beefy" flavor with less oily runoff, making it ideal for premium burgers, bolognese, and meatballs.

2. Packaging & StorageThis product is packed in ~2.5kg commercial vacuum-sealed bags and blast-frozen to lock in freshness. We recommend keeping it frozen until use. For the best quality, thaw slowly in the chiller overnight rather than at room temperature.

3. No AdditivesThis is 100% pure beef. No binders, fillers, preservatives, or water are added. You are paying for pure meat weight.

4. Weight AccuracyAs this is a pre-packed wholesale item, the actual weight per pack may vary slightly (e.g., 2.4kg – 2.6kg). Final billing will be adjusted based on the actual weight dispatched.

5. Final Sale PolicyDue to the nature of ground meat and food safety standards, all sales of minced beef are final. We cannot accept returns once the vacuum seal has been tampered with or the product has been thawed.
